Sophia saw me making fresh rolls on Sunday, and wanted to make some too. And for being 3 and never making them before, she did a great job remembering my instructions! I admit, I do tend to get edgy with kids in my kitchen. I know I shouldn’t but I do at times. I *love* to cook, and I don’t like other people in my kitchen. LOL it’s nothing against KIDS, just people? 
Anyways, I figured, sure, why can’t she? So, she did, and she loved it, and did good! We ran out of rice paper wrappers before we ran out of noodle filling, so she asked if we could get more and do more Um, sure!!
So, if the music/dance/drama thing falls through for her, she’s got a great backup skill!!!
